California-based skincare company Lira Clinical has unveiled its groundbreaking new REGEN line — announced officially on October 26, 2026 — marking a major milestone in regenerative skincare. The collection is billed as the first and only clinical skincare line formulated with Wild Salmon Stem Cell–Conditioned Media (Marine Cellular Complex), developed in collaboration with San Francisco biotech firm Wildtype.

The Marine Cellular Complex is grown from salmon cells — not actual salmon — making the process entirely animal-free and ocean-positive. It contains nearly 2,000 different bioactive growth factors, salmon-derived exosomes, thousands of peptides, proteins, antioxidants, collagen, and elastin — delivering what Lira Clinical calls “4x more regenerative power than PDRN alone.”

The REGEN line launches in two formats: the REGEN PDRN+ Serum, which combines Wild Salmon Stem Cell–CM with PDRN and Copper Tripeptide-1 to rebuild skin from within, and the REGEN PDRN+ Crème, a volumizing formulation that restores skin density and firmness. Active ingredients are delivered via Lira Clinical’s proprietary EXO-tech™ phospholipid encapsulation technology, which penetrates the acid mantle without compromising the skin’s barrier.

The line is available through Lira Clinical’s professional channels and international distributors worldwide.
