Swiss dermatology and aesthetics giant Galderma (SIX: GALD) has raised its full-year 2026 sales growth guidance for the second consecutive quarter, following a stellar third-quarter performance that beat Wall Street forecasts by $80 million. The company reported Q3 net sales of $1.63 billion — up 26% at constant currency — against analyst expectations of $1.55 billion.

Nine-month net sales reached a record $4.765 billion, up 25.1% at constant currency, driven by strong demand across all three business segments: Therapeutic Dermatology, Injectable Aesthetics, and Dermatological Skincare. The company’s blockbuster treatment Nemluvio — approved for prurigo nodularis and atopic dermatitis — posted $302 million in Q3 sales, surpassing the $285 million forecast, while Therapeutic Dermatology as a whole surged 64.4% in the first nine months of 2026.

Galderma has now raised its full-year 2026 net sales growth guidance to 22.5%–23.5% at constant currency, up from its prior range of 19%–21%, while maintaining its Core EBITDA margin target of approximately 26%. The company’s stock rose over 7% following the announcement. CEO Flemming Ornskov said: “Robust demand for our differentiated, premium portfolio continues to drive growth.” Galderma also confirmed its planned $1.5 billion acquisition of ZO Skin Health to further strengthen its premium dermatological care presence.
