ORLANDO, Fla. — Travel + Leisure Co. (NYSE: TNL), one of the world’s leading leisure travel and vacation ownership companies, delivered a strong third-quarter performance on October 27, 2026, surpassing Wall Street expectations and raising its full-year financial outlook — a clear signal that consumer demand for travel remains robust heading into 2027.

The Orlando-based company reported net revenue of $1.10 billion for Q3 2026, a 5% increase from the same period last year, while adjusted earnings per share (EPS) came in at $2.21 — beating the analyst consensus estimate of $2.06 by $0.15. Adjusted EBITDA rose 6% year-over-year to $283 million, driven primarily by strong growth in its Vacation Ownership segment, which generated $953 million in revenue, up 9%.

Gross vacation ownership interest (VOI) sales climbed 6% to $720 million, fuelled by a 7% increase in tours. The company also returned $364 million to shareholders year-to-date through $250 million in share repurchases and $114 million in dividends, while investing approximately $350 million in two strategic acquisitions.

“Our owners continue to prioritize travel, demand remains healthy, and that strength is translating into growth in earnings and cash flow,” said Michael D. Brown, President & CEO of Travel + Leisure Co. Management raised the midpoint of full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance to a new range of $1.070 billion to $1.085 billion.
