Cathay Pacific Introduces Exclusive Aria Suite for U.S. Flights
Cathay Pacific is revolutionizing the premium travel sector with the introduction of its award-winning Aria Suite business class on flights between San Francisco and Hong Kong, commencing December 31, 2025. This milestone marks the first instance of the luxury cabin experience being accessible to U.S. travelers, aligning with the airline’s 40th anniversary of serving San Francisco.
The upgraded Boeing 777-300ER aircraft boasts spacious business class suites equipped with sliding privacy doors, customizable lighting, 24-inch 4K ultra high-definition screens, and wireless charging. The suites are adorned with premium materials including soft suede walls, wool seats, and leather headrests. Cathay Pacific will operate the Aria Suite six times per week on this route, with departures from San Francisco scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
“Next year, as we mark 40 years of flying from San Francisco and celebrate Cathay Pacific’s 80th anniversary, it’s only fitting that this city becomes the first U.S. destination to welcome our newest human-centric cabin experience,” said Cindy Lam, Cathay Pacific’s Senior Vice President for the Americas.
Alongside the Aria Suite, the retrofitted aircraft also features a redesigned Premium Economy and refreshed Economy cabins, as part of the airline’s $12.8 billion investment program.
