Hilton Unveils Apartment Collection Brand, Set for 2026 Launch

Hilton has unveiled its 26th brand, the Apartment Collection by Hilton. This new lodging category offers fully-furnished apartment accommodations, coupled with Hilton’s signature hospitality and reliability. The brand is set to be available for booking in the first half of 2026.

Launching in collaboration with Placemakr—a renowned furnished apartment operator—the collection will initially add up to 3,000 units to Hilton’s portfolio. The first properties are set to open in:

  • New York City
  • Washington, D.C.
  • Atlanta

The apartments will range from studios to four-bedroom units, all featuring:

  • Full kitchens
  • Separate living areas
  • In-unit laundry
  • 24-hour on-site support staff

“We’ve long seen the opportunity to deliver hospitality-driven apartment stays, offering spacious accommodations, thoughtful amenities, and authentic connections to local neighborhoods,” said Chris Silcock, president of global brands and commercial services at Hilton.

The new brand will be fully integrated into the Hilton Honors loyalty program, allowing members to earn and redeem points on stays. Properties will feature amenities such as fitness centers, and select locations will offer:

  • Rooftop pools
  • Terraces
  • Communal workspaces
  • On-site dining options

This launch builds on Hilton’s existing inventory of approximately 10,000 apartment-style units globally. It positions the company to compete in the growing furnished apartment hospitality market, while differentiating from platforms like Airbnb through consistent standards and professional management.
