Hilton Unveils Apartment Collection: A Fresh Take on Lodging for 2026
Hilton has unveiled the Apartment Collection by Hilton on January 15, 2026, marking a new chapter in its ever-expanding brand portfolio. This 26th hotel brand from Hilton offers fully-furnished apartment accommodations, blending the comfort and flexibility of an apartment with the trusted service and reliability Hilton is known for.
Guests can look forward to booking these new accommodations through Hilton’s channels in the first half of 2026. The initial properties, launching in collaboration with Placemakr, will be available in major U.S. cities such as New York City, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta. This launch enables Hilton to expand its existing global inventory of approximately 10,000 apartment-style units, with the potential addition of up to 3,000 new units through the Placemakr partnership.
“We’ve long seen the opportunity to deliver hospitality-driven apartment stays, offering spacious accommodations, thoughtful amenities, and authentic connections to local neighborhoods,” said Chris Silcock, president of global brands and commercial services at Hilton. The properties will offer everything from studio to four-bedroom furnished apartments, complete with full kitchens, separate living areas, and on-site laundry. Plus, all these are integrated into Hilton’s booking and loyalty systems, allowing Hilton Honors members to earn and redeem points.
