Seychelles Makes Major Push at WTM London 2026
The Seychelles Tourism Board (STB) has arrived at World Travel Market (WTM) London 2026 with one of its most ambitious delegations yet, aiming to rebuild and strengthen ties with the critical UK travel market.
The annual event runs from 3–5 November at ExCeL London. It is widely regarded as one of the world’s most influential travel and tourism trade shows. This year’s event follows a record-breaking 2025 edition, which attracted 46,500 attendees and facilitated more than 40,000 business meetings.
Leading the Seychelles contingent is Tourism and Culture Minister Amanda Bernstein, supported by STB CEO Vesna Rakić and local industry partners, including representatives from Mango House Seychelles, Meliá Seychelles, and Mason’s Travel.
The delegation is focused on rebuilding visitor numbers from the UK, which were affected by air travel disruptions earlier in 2026.
The timing follows a proud moment for the island nation: Seychelles recently claimed double honours at the World Travel Awards 2026, held in September in the Maldives, reinforcing its reputation as a premier Indian Ocean luxury destination.
WTM London 2026 also features a new WTM Wanderlust Headliner Stage, co-curated with consumer media partner Wanderlust, alongside an expanded conference programme focused on shaping the future of international tourism.
