flyExclusive Boosts Fleet with Starlink-Ready Challenger Jets
flyExclusive, a leading private aviation operator, announced on January 14, 2026, the acquisition of two additional Bombardier Challenger 350 aircraft. This move is a part of its ambitious 2026 fleet modernization strategy. The new additions have expanded the company’s Challenger fleet to eight aircraft, thereby significantly increasing its super-midsize capacity.
The Challenger 350 jets are the most economically productive segment of flyExclusive’s fleet. This is due to the strong customer demand and favorable operating characteristics. In a pioneering move, these aircraft will be the first in the flyExclusive fleet to be equipped with Starlink high-speed satellite internet. The installations are set to begin immediately.
Jim Segrave, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of flyExclusive, has expressed the company’s plans to add multiple additional Challengers, as well as XLS and CJ3 aircraft throughout 2026. As a vertically integrated operator, flyExclusive performs all maintenance, refurbishment, and avionics upgrades in-house at its facilities in Kinston, North Carolina. This approach ensures efficient entry into service and tighter cost control.
