Galderma Sets New Record with $3.1B H1 Sales, Raises 2026 Forecast
Global dermatology and aesthetics leader, Galderma Group AG (SIX: GALD), has set a new record with its first-half 2026 performance. The company reported record net sales of $3.134 billion, marking the first time the Swiss company has exceeded the $3 billion mark in the first six months of a year. This news has instilled a renewed sense of confidence in the beauty and skincare industry.
Galderma’s net sales saw a 24.6% year-on-year surge at constant currency, with all product categories and geographies experiencing double-digit growth. The standout performers included Injectable Aesthetics (+12.1%), Dermatological Skincare (+16.4%), and a remarkable +67.9% in Therapeutic Dermatology. The latter was largely driven by the blockbuster drug Nemluvio® (nemolizumab), which alone generated $433 million in net sales. The U.S. market performed exceptionally well, with net sales increasing 32.3% at constant currency.
The company’s core EBITDA reached $802 million, a 42.8% year-on-year increase, with a margin expanding to 25.6%. Following this extraordinary performance, Galderma has raised its full-year 2026 net sales growth guidance to 19–21%, up from its previous forecast of 17–20%.
