Western Aircraft Sets Record with 300th Pilatus PC-12 Delivery in Boise
Boise, Idaho-based Western Aircraft, an Authorized Pilatus Center and Greenwich AeroGroup company, has made aviation history as the first Pilatus sales center in the world to deliver 300 new-production PC-12 turboprop singles.
The milestone aircraft, serial number 3107 and a PC-12 PRO variant, was handed over at a ceremony at Western Aircraft’s Boise headquarters on October 27, 2026.
The celebration marked three milestones:
- Western Aircraft’s 300th PC-12 delivery
- The handover of the company’s 30th new Pilatus PC-24 twinjet
- The company’s 30th anniversary as an Authorized Pilatus Sales & Service Center, a partnership that began in 1996
Pilatus Group CEO Markus Bucher attended the Boise event and praised the partnership as “a passion for aviation, a commitment to excellence.”
Founded in 1957, Western Aircraft provides full-lifecycle maintenance and repair services for Pilatus aircraft, carried out by Pilatus-trained specialists. No other authorized Pilatus sales center has achieved all three milestones simultaneously.
The PC-12 PRO, the latest generation of the iconic Swiss-made, single-engine turboprop, has proven popular with buyers. According to GlobalAir.com data, NGX-generation models spend an average of just 36 days on the resale market.
