Disney Increases Ticket and Annual Pass Prices at US Parks Once More
Visitors to Walt Disney World and Disneyland will encounter increased costs this fall. On October 6, 2026, Disney rolled out a comprehensive series of price hikes. These cover theme park tickets, annual passes, Lightning Lane services, and even quick-service dining. This move perpetuates the company’s annual October tradition of price increases.
At Walt Disney World, the peak one-day, one-park ticket price has hit a new record of $229. This is a jump from the previous maximum of $219. Annual passes experienced some of the most significant increases. The top-tier Incredi-Pass rose by $120, moving from $1,629 to $1,749. The Lightning Lane Premier Pass ceiling also increased by $50, reaching $499.
Over at Disneyland, mid-tier one-day adult tickets increased by $5 across four pricing tiers. However, the entry-level ticket price of $104 remains the same. Disney points out that this price has remained stable for the past eight years.
Disney justifies these increases with the ongoing demand, rising Cast Member wages, and continued investment in new park experiences and expansions. Despite the frustration expressed by some loyal fans—with at least one longtime DVC member publicly contemplating selling their timeshare properties—the company shows no signs of halting its annual pricing adjustments. Families on a budget are advised to purchase tickets and passes as early as possible to secure current rates before any further increases.
