Hilton Unveils Eight New Luxury Hotels in Asia Pacific for 2026
Global hotel giant Hilton has announced an aggressive expansion across Asia Pacific, unveiling plans to debut eight new luxury and lifestyle brand hotels into new markets this year, with over 15 additional openings planned throughout 2026.
The expansion includes the Asia Pacific debut of two prestigious brands: NoMad in Singapore and Signia by Hilton in Tainan, Taiwan. This brings Hilton’s total brand presence in the region to 16 out of its 27-brand portfolio. Additional debuts include Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit, marking the brand’s first Southeast Asian property, as well as luxury properties in Bengaluru, India.
In Malaysia, Hilton will introduce two luxury brands to Kuala Lumpur’s prestigious Golden Triangle District with the openings of Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur and Conrad Kuala Lumpur, both scheduled to open by the end of 2026. These new hotels add to a trading estate of more than 170 luxury and lifestyle hotels in the region, pushing Hilton toward its goal of exceeding 250 hotels in these categories.
“Asia Pacific remains a powerful growth engine for Hilton, and this latest wave of brand entries reflects the strong demand we are seeing from owners for differentiated, high-performing brands,” said Alan Watts, president, Asia Pacific, Hilton. The company has more than 80 luxury and lifestyle hotels in development across the region.
