BeautyHealth Surpasses Q3 Predictions Despite Aesthetic Device Market Slowdown
The Beauty Health Company (NASDAQ: SKIN), the parent company of leading brand HydraFacial, has outperformed financial forecasts for Q3 2025, even amidst a downturn in the aesthetic device market. The company, under fresh CEO leadership, announced net sales of $70.7 million, a 10.3% decrease compared to the same period in the previous year.
Despite a dip in sales volumes, the company showcased enhanced operational efficiency, with the gross margin rising to 64.6% in Q3 2025, a significant increase from 51.6% in Q3 2024. This improvement was largely due to reduced inventory-related charges and a favorable shift towards consumable product sales.
The company’s flagship brand, HydraFacial, continues to dominate the market with over 35,000 devices installed globally. BeautyHealth has been concentrating on science-backed innovation, including the successful launch of HydraFillic with Pep9™ Booster, a product specifically designed to target fine lines and wrinkles through peptide-powered treatments.
