Cosmos Health Broadens Reach to Over 40 Countries, Targeting $946B Global Market
NASDAQ-listed Cosmos Health Inc. (COSM) announced on October 1, 2026, that its portfolio of proprietary health and beauty brands now reaches more than 40 countries across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Asia, targeting addressable global markets estimated at approximately $946 billion.
The Chicago-based diversified healthcare group revealed it now holds more than 15 proprietary brands and product lines — plus 10 branded generics — spanning nutraceuticals, infection control, advanced formulations, skincare, and mother & baby categories. Products are distributed through pharmacies, hospitals, retail chains, and e-commerce platforms, and manufactured at GMP-certified facilities in Europe and the United States.
The announcement builds on the company’s bold June 2026 pivot into the global beauty market, when it launched a premium Korean-developed, collagen-based skincare line directly to U.S. consumers. CEO Greg Siokas stated at the time: “Entering the global beauty market is a natural extension of our strategy to diversify into higher-margin, high-growth categories.“
Cosmos Health also supports its brands through contract manufacturing, pharmaceutical distribution, telehealth services, and an active R&D division, reinforcing its ambition to become a globally recognized health and beauty powerhouse.
