Dyson, the British engineering giant renowned for its innovative vacuums and hair tools, has ventured into the realm of oral care. They have introduced the CameraJet™, a groundbreaking toothbrush that combines a built-in camera and artificial intelligence to precision-floss your teeth as you brush.
The CameraJet was unveiled by founder James Dyson in Paris on September 1, 2026. This revolutionary toothbrush boasts an integrated 100,000-pixel macro lens camera, powered by Dyson’s proprietary Gap Optical Targeting™ technology. This advanced device analyzes 28 live images per second, detecting gaps between teeth in real time. It then fires a precision jet burst of mouthrinse exactly where it’s needed, effectively eliminating the need for traditional flossing.
The CameraJet is the result of six years of research and development undertaken by 661 Dyson engineers, with 38 patents filed. The device also offers Wi-Fi connectivity and syncs with the MyDyson app for live streaming and brushing guidance. The CameraJet is available in two stylish colorways — Ceramic Ultra Blue and Ceramic Pink — and retails at $500 USD. It was released on September 8, 2026 and is available for purchase on dyson.com, in Dyson Demo Stores, and at selected retailers worldwide.
