e.l.f. Beauty Records a 36% Surge Powered by Rhode Brand’s Exceptional Performance
e.l.f. Beauty (NYSE: ELF) has reported a record-breaking first quarter for fiscal 2027, with net sales reaching a staggering $479.4 million. This represents a 36% increase year-over-year and marks the company’s 30th consecutive quarter of net sales growth, a streak that spans over seven continuous years. This outstanding performance prompted the Oakland, California-based company to significantly raise its full-year fiscal 2027 guidance on August 5, 2026.
The quarter’s success was largely driven by Rhode, the skincare brand founded by model Hailey Bieber and acquired by e.l.f. last year. Rhode alone contributed approximately $160 million to the sales, accounting for 33.4% of the total quarterly revenue. The company also saw a surge in international revenue by 61%, highlighting its rapid global expansion.
In light of these robust results, e.l.f. has revised its fiscal 2027 sales growth outlook to 18–20%, up from the previous forecast of 12–14%. The projected revenue is expected to fall within the range of $1.938–$1.968 billion. The adjusted EPS guidance has also been increased to $3.50–$3.55. Furthermore, the company announced plans to reinvest approximately $50 million in tariff refunds into marketing and pricing initiatives across its brand portfolio, which includes Naturium.
