K-beauty titan, Laneige, has proudly introduced its premier global flagship store — LANEIGE seoul — nestled in the renowned Myeongdong district of Seoul, South Korea. This store is a unique beauty retail experience, combining artificial intelligence, robotics, and hyper-personalization to revolutionize the traditional beauty counter visit.
The store’s centerpiece comprises three signature bespoke experiences:
- Lip Sleeping Mask Swirl station, reminiscent of an ice cream bar, allows customers to mix two out of ten available scents using precision nozzle engineering. This results in up to 45 unique combinations for a single custom lip mask.
- Neo Experience elevates foundation matching: following a 1:1 color consultation, a live robot chooses from 150 shades and creates a personalized cushion compact on the spot.
- Cream Skin service employs AI-powered skin analysis to choose from 25 specialized formulations and concoct a custom toner in roughly 20 minutes.
