Hilton’s Grand Expansion: 8 Luxury Hotels to Grace Asia Pacific by 2026
Hilton has recently announced a significant expansion of its luxury and lifestyle portfolio across the Asia Pacific. The hospitality giant plans to introduce eight new brand debuts into key markets this year, with over 15 openings planned throughout 2026.
Making their Asia Pacific debut are two prestigious brands: NoMad in Singapore and Signia by Hilton in Tainan, Taiwan. The NoMad Singapore, a 173-key hotel located at the former Faber House site on Orchard Road, is scheduled to open in the second half of 2026. On the other hand, the 344-key Signia by Hilton Tainan is set to launch in July 2026.
Asia Pacific remains a powerful growth engine for Hilton, and this latest wave of brand entries reflects the strong demand we are seeing from owners for differentiated, high-performing brands. – Alan Watts, President of Hilton Asia Pacific
The expansion also includes luxury openings in Malaysia and Vietnam. In Malaysia, both the Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur and Conrad Kuala Lumpur will be unveiled in the city’s prestigious Golden Triangle District by the end of 2026. Meanwhile, in Vietnam, the NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An will introduce the Tapestry Collection by Hilton to one of Southeast Asia’s most culturally significant leisure markets.
These additions will increase Hilton’s total luxury and lifestyle hotel count in Asia Pacific to over 170 properties. This move brings the company closer to its goal of exceeding 250 hotels in these categories across the region in the coming years. Furthermore, this expansion will increase Hilton’s total brand presence in Asia Pacific to 16 of its 27 global brands.
