Qatar Airways Broadens Reach to Over 150 Destinations for Summer 2026
Qatar Airways has announced a significant expansion of its global flight network. The airline will be servicing more than 150 destinations from June 16, 2026, to September 15, 2026, as part of its ambitious summer schedule.
The expansion will introduce new routes and increase flight frequencies to and from Doha’s Hamad International Airport. The extended network will cover destinations across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, and the Middle East.
- European Cities: The new destinations include 44 European cities such as Copenhagen, Milan, Vienna, and Warsaw.
- African Destinations: The expansion also covers 25 African destinations, including Cape Town and Dar es Salaam.
Qatar Airways is also offering enhanced flexibility for passengers. This includes complimentary date changes for travel up to October 31, 2026, additional fee-free changes if flights are affected, and full refunds for unused tickets. These benefits apply to bookings with travel dates between February 28 and September 15, 2026.
This strategic expansion bolsters Qatar Airways’ position as a leading global connector through its Doha hub. It addresses the rising summer travel demand and provides greater accessibility across continents during the peak travel season.
