Hilton and Olive Hospitality Introduce First 10 Spark Hotels in India Across 8 Cities
Hilton and Olive Hospitality have proudly announced the signing of India’s first 10 Spark by Hilton hotels. This significant event marks the brand’s debut in the Asia Pacific and represents a major milestone in India’s rapidly expanding mid-market hospitality segment.
The new properties will be strategically located across key business and leisure destinations. These include Bengaluru, Goa, Jaipur, Nashik, Mathura, Pune, Rajkot, and Hyderabad. This signing is part of a larger strategic agreement announced in 2024 to develop 150 Spark by Hilton franchised hotels across India, targeting both metro and non-metro locations.
Spark by Hilton hotels are designed to offer “thoughtful simplicity and reliable service”. They will feature multi-functional public spaces, complimentary breakfasts with local items, and 24-hour retail markets. The brand is specifically designed to cater to India’s emerging domestic traveler seeking consistent, design-forward stays at accessible price points.
With the addition of these new properties to the existing agreements for Hampton by Hilton properties, Hilton is set to exceed 400 trading hotels in India in the coming years. This reinforces the country’s importance as a long-term growth market for the global hospitality giant.
