This marks the brand’s first venture in the Spanish capital and its fifth in Spain. Nestled in the historic Las Cortes district on Calle Alcalá — between Plaza de Cibeles and Puerta del Sol — the boutique hotel boasts 50 design-led rooms and suites meticulously crafted by Studio Caramba. The highlight is the signature 105-square-metre Nobu Suite complete with its own private rooftop terrace.

The heart of the property is home to a dramatic tri-level Nobu Restaurant, Bar & Lounge. Designed by architecture studio GRONDA, the space is adorned with subtle Japanese-inspired interiors. A rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of the Madrid skyline adds to the charm, envisioned as a vibrant social hub for international visitors and locals alike. The hotel’s opening aligns with Madrid’s growing global prominence, underscored by the debut of Formula 1 in the city and its burgeoning influence in fashion, art, and gastronomy.

The Nobu brand, founded by actor Robert De Niro, celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa, and restaurateur Meir Teper, continues to expand its European presence, with Spain now its leading European market. To commemorate the launch, Nobu Hotel Madrid is offering guests a €100 dining and beverage credit on bookings made before September 30, 2026, valid for stays through December 31, 2026.
