- 4 penthouse suites
The project, developed by Ocean Cove MA Development One S.A. and designed by the Costa Rican firm Carazo Arquitectura with interiors by the Chicago studio Curioso, will also feature the largest mass timber structure in Costa Rica. Residence sales are set to launch in autumn 2026, with construction aimed for completion in late 2028 and the grand opening scheduled for 2029.
