Textron Aviation Appoints Brian Rohloff as Its New President & CEO

General aviation is about to witness one of the most significant leadership changes in recent years. Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) has officially announced the appointment of Brian Rohloff as the President and CEO of its Textron Aviation segment. The change will take effect from August 31, 2026. His impressive resume also includes positions such as Vice President of Quality, Vice President of Sales, and Senior Product Director for the Citation XLS+ and Citation X programs.

“Brian is a proven leader who brings a deep understanding of our business, our products, our customers and our industry,” said Lisa Atherton, President and CEO of Textron Inc. Draper will continue to serve the Wichita-based company as a senior advisor till the end of 2026, ensuring a smooth transition. One of Rohloff’s initial priorities will be to guide the Beechcraft Denali turboprop, which has logged over 4,100 test hours, towards its expected 2027 entry into service.
