Flexjet Acquires TikTok Sensation The Jet Business in a Bid to Expand Globally
In a highly publicized move in the private aviation sector this year, fractional jet behemoth Flexjet has taken over The Jet Business. This London-based aircraft brokerage and advisory firm is the brainchild of internet sensation Steve Varsano. The announcement of the acquisition was made on June 12, 2026, but the financial details remain under wraps.
Varsano, who enjoys a massive following of over 2.5 million on TikTok, 1.26 million on YouTube, and nearly 400,000 on Instagram, has arguably become the world’s most recognizable face in aircraft sales. He has captivated his audience by giving them a glimpse into the exclusive world of private jet buying and selling. His most popular video has been viewed more than 35 million times. Post-acquisition, Varsano will take on the role of President of Flexjet, with a focus on product innovation and international expansion.
Flexjet, a leading global fractional jet provider with a fleet of over 340 aircraft, plans to incorporate The Jet Business into its existing FXSolutions brokerage entity. This will be done under a single global platform, while The Jet Business continues to operate under its original brand name. The deal provides Flexjet with “greater strategic control” over fleet management, including the acquisition and orderly transition of aircraft entering and exiting its fleet.
The acquisition is in line with Flexjet’s broader European strategy. The company is slated to inaugurate a new private terminal at London Farnborough Airport ahead of the Farnborough Airshow in July 2026. Its European headquarters is conveniently located a short walk from The Jet Business’s iconic Park Lane showroom — the world’s first street-level corporate aviation showroom.
