This monumental three-year longitudinal study monitored the progress of 3,966 adults aged between 19 and 94. The researchers used the BrainHealth Index (BHI), a multidimensional tool that assesses three core pillars of brain health: clarity (thinking skills), connectedness (social purpose), and emotional balance (mental resilience).

Participants dedicated just five to fifteen minutes a day to specific brain-training activities. Remarkably, measurable improvements were recorded across all age groups.
