e.l.f. Beauty Projects Over $1.8B in Sales for Fiscal 2027
e.l.f. Beauty, a leading cosmetics company, announced its impressive fiscal 2026 results on May 20, 2026, projecting a strong growth trajectory into 2027. The Oakland-based beauty brand revealed a 25% net sales growth year-over-year in fiscal 2026, marking the company’s seventh consecutive year of revenue and market share expansion.
For fiscal 2027, e.l.f. Beauty is forecasting net sales between $1.835 billion and $1.865 billion, representing a 12-14% increase compared to fiscal 2026. This optimistic outlook is maintained despite challenging market conditions, including tariff pressures and shifting consumer spending patterns.
“All five of our brands grew this year, with Rhode and Naturium delivering particularly strong results and reinforcing the power of our expanding brand portfolio,” said Tarang Amin, e.l.f. Beauty’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The company’s acquisition of Hailey Bieber’s Rhode beauty brand has proven especially successful, contributing significantly to the portfolio’s performance.
The company reported adjusted EBITDA of $335.2 million for the fourth quarter, representing 20% of net sales. Looking ahead, e.l.f. Beauty executives emphasized that the whitespace opportunity across brands, categories, and geographies provides confidence in sustained long-term growth despite near-term economic headwinds affecting consumer spending.
