Record-Breaking Attendance at SUN ‘n FUN 2026 Aerospace Expo
The 52nd annual SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo is currently underway at the Lakeland Linder International Airport in Florida. With an estimated 200,000 attendees expected over the six-day event, the expo is set to run until Sunday, April 19, 2026.
The expo, which commenced on April 14, showcases daily airshows from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. These include performances by the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor demonstration team, and U.S. Navy F-18 Rhino demo team, along with various civilian and warbird performances. This year’s featured aircraft is NASA’s Super Guppy, a unique transport vehicle for rocket parts.
