Ambros Daytona: Florida’s Premiere Design-Driven Beach Hotel
Introducing the all-new boutique hotel, Ambros Daytona. Nestled in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, this design-driven property officially opened its doors in January 2026. As the first of its kind in the coastal destination, the 50-room beachfront hotel offers a refined, wellness-oriented alternative to the traditional hospitality landscape.
Founded by visionary entrepreneurs Louis S. Caiola, Graham Jones, and Gregory Jones, Ambros Daytona is set to redefine hotel offerings in the Florida coastal city. Conveniently located on Atlantic Avenue, colloquially known as “The Shores”, the hotel is a mere 20-minute drive from Daytona Beach Airport and 75 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
The property boasts a minimalist-inspired decor, creating a serene atmosphere designed for leisure and well-being. The original 1960s three-story structure has undergone a meticulous transformation. Extensive interior reimagining includes a brand-new seawall, parking lot, pool, and pool deck. The design shuns kitschy Florida tropes, opting instead for minimalism and sophistication. Neutral tones, sleek European design, Porcelanosa tiles and vanities, St. Damasse furnishings, and Parachute linens all contribute to the hotel’s unique aesthetic.
Ambros Daytona is the flagship property in a growing brand expanding across Florida’s coast from St. Augustine to New Smyrna Beach. In summer 2026, the hotel will introduce the adjacent Ambros Daytona Wellness Studio. This 1,200-square-foot space will offer additional wellness amenities, signaling a new era for Daytona Beach, moving beyond its traditional association with conventions and racing events.
