Skyservice Unveils $30M Luxury FBO Complex in California’s Wine Country
Toronto-based Skyservice Business Aviation has achieved a significant milestone in the modernization of Napa County Airport (APC). The completion of its new 60,000-square-foot fixed-base operator (FBO) and hangar complex marks a significant stride in the airport’s modernization efforts. The facility, nestled on a 15-acre parcel, was completed within a year of breaking ground. It forms part of a broader $30 million redevelopment initiative for the San Francisco Bay Area airport.
“This opening marks a transformative step in our vision to redevelop and modernize the Napa County Airport,” said Anne Cottrell, Chair of the Napa County Board of Supervisors. The luxury facility boasts a private lounge, bespoke concierge services, and plans for a rooftop restaurant with open-air patio seating overlooking the runway. It seamlessly blends aviation excellence with Napa Valley’s renowned hospitality culture.
The complex includes a 40,000-square-foot hangar with 28-foot-high doors designed to accommodate the latest business jets from Bombardier, Dassault, and Gulfstream. It also serves the general aviation community. Skyservice operates under a 30-year lease with an option for a 10-year extension.
Together with Atlantic Aviation’s concurrent development, the two projects are projected to generate more than $130 million in long-term benefits to the airport.
