British Airways Enhances North American Operations: Resumes Dallas Service & Boosts A380 Miami Flights

British Airways is set to significantly expand its North American operations. The airline is resuming its service to Dallas-Fort Worth starting from October 26, 2025, initially deploying the Airbus A350. However, an upgrade to the A380 is planned for May 2026.

Alongside this, the airline is also bringing back its popular double-daily A380 service to Miami in time for the northern winter schedule.

Yet, in a strategic shift, British Airways will cease A380 service to Washington Dulles from November 7, 2025. The airline plans to replace this service with other long-haul aircraft to optimize capacity.

These route adjustments are a reflection of British Airways’ ongoing commitment to maximize its premium A380 operations on high-demand transatlantic routes. The changes also demonstrate the airline’s adaptability to evolving travel patterns and demand.
