Gulfstream Aerospace Introduces the Innovative G300 Super-Midsize Business Jet

Gulfstream Aerospace has proudly presented the G300, a brand-new super-midsize business jet. This advanced aircraft is set to replace the older G280 model, offering state-of-the-art technology and superior passenger comfort.

The G300 was announced at Gulfstream’s “Discover the Difference” customer event in Savannah, Georgia. It boasts a range of 3,600 nautical miles at Mach 0.80 and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 passengers. Gulfstream asserts that this aircraft offers the longest cabin in its class.

The aircraft is equipped with the innovative Harmony Flight Deck, which features six touchscreen displays. It also incorporates synthetic vision technology and predictive landing performance systems, enhancing safety and efficiency.

Gulfstream has dedicated nearly 22,000 hours to systems testing. The first prototype has already started taxi tests and is gearing up for its inaugural flight. The G300 is being manufactured in collaboration with Israel Aerospace Industries in Tel Aviv. The cabin outfitting will be completed at Gulfstream’s Dallas facility.

Powered by twin Honeywell HTF7250G turbofans, the G300 is aiming for certification and customer deliveries by 2027. It is set to compete directly with the Bombardier Challenger 3500, Cessna Citation Longitude, and Embraer Praetor 600.
