Lufthansa Unveils First Boeing 787-9 Outfitted with Allegris Cabin
Lufthansa has proudly taken delivery of its first Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner equipped with the eagerly awaited Allegris cabin. This cabin features premium economy and business class configurations, marking a significant upgrade in Lufthansa’s premium passenger experience and fleet modernization efforts.
The new aircraft will be stationed at Frankfurt Airport, extending Allegris availability beyond the Munich hub. Previously, it was only available on Airbus A350 flights.
The business class showcases exclusive Business Suites which can be availed for an additional charge of €500 ($584). The aircraft’s inaugural destination is set to be Toronto.
By the close of 2025, Lufthansa anticipates welcoming 9 more Allegris-equipped 787-9 Dreamliners, with a total order of 29 aircraft of this type.
