Unveiling the Future: Apple’s ‘Awe Dropping’ Event to Launch iPhone 17 Series
Apple has officially confirmed its highly anticipated iPhone 17 launch event for September 9, 2025, at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino. The ‘Awe Dropping’ event will showcase the new iPhone 17 series, featuring four models including the revolutionary iPhone 17 Air – expected to be just 5.5mm thick, making it the thinnest iPhone ever.
The lineup will include the following models:

- iPhone 17 Pro
- iPhone 17 Pro Max
Alongside the phones, Apple will also unveil the Apple Watch Series 11, Apple Watch Ultra 3 with satellite connectivity, and AirPods Pro 3. The Pro models will feature redesigned pill-shaped camera bumps with improved telephoto lenses offering up to 8x optical zoom.
A recent survey shows that 68.3% of US iPhone owners plan to upgrade, indicating strong demand. The event starts at 10 AM PT and will showcase expanded Apple Intelligence features and privacy-first AI integration.
