PayPal Partners with Glance to Introduce AI-Powered Shopping to Over 60 Million US Devices
The distinction between browsing and purchasing continues to blur. On October 15, 2026, AI-powered personal shopping platform Glance unveiled a significant agentic commerce collaboration with PayPal (NASDAQ: PYPL). This partnership brings a seamless, native checkout experience to tens of millions of U.S. consumers, all within the Glance app.
Backed by global technology company InMobi, Glance is already a part of more than 60 million mobile and connected TV (CTV) devices. This is made possible through alliances with telecom operators and device manufacturers. The platform allows shoppers to upload a single photo, create an AI avatar, and virtually try on clothes before sharing their looks with friends. With PayPal now its exclusive native in-app checkout partner, users can transition from product discovery to purchase in a single, uninterrupted flow.
For retailers, this integration opens up a potent new channel. By utilizing PayPal’s agentic commerce services, merchants can link to Glance’s AI shopping surface through a single integration. This connection enables real-time product data, including pricing and inventory, to be automatically displayed to shoppers.
“The lines between where people discover, shop, and buy are disappearing,” stated Mike Edmonds, Vice President of Agentic Commerce at PayPal. This agreement places both companies at the vanguard of the rapidly expanding AI-driven commerce revolution.
