Supergoop! Appoints Jamie Parker as First CCO in Global Skin Health Initiative
Sunscreen leader Supergoop! is making a strategic leadership change to expand its influence in the global skin health sector. The company has officially named Jamie Parker as its inaugural Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), with his tenure beginning on September 28, 2026.
Parker, formerly of beauty giant Coty, held the position of SVP and US General Manager of its Consumer Beauty division. His previous roles include leading Coty’s global e-commerce and digital strategy, which featured a significant partnership with Amazon and the introduction of its luxury portfolio in the Amazon Premium Beauty Store. Parker’s international experience spans roles in the UK and China, as well as leading Marks & Spencer’s global digital marketplace expansion.
Answering directly to CEO Melis del Rey, Parker will manage Supergoop!’s global commercial organization, merging retail, e-commerce, and retail marketing into a cohesive strategy. His responsibilities encompass accelerating brand growth, broadening consumer reach, and deepening strategic retail collaborations globally.
“Our vision for the next phase is even grander: to establish Supergoop! as a leading skin health business worldwide,” stated del Rey. The newly minted CCO role is the most recent in a string of high-profile executive appointments under del Rey, who assumed the CEO role in December 2025 following a career at Amazon and P&G.
Supergoop!, founded in 2005 by Holly Thaggard, was a pioneer in the SPF-first skincare movement and has dedicated two decades to making daily sunscreen use a mainstream practice. With Parker’s appointment, the brand is evidently gearing up for its most ambitious phase yet.
