Travel + Leisure Co. Acquires 23 Resorts in a $343M Deal with Maui & Hilton Head
In a significant move in the leisure travel industry of 2026, Travel + Leisure Co. (NYSE: TNL) announced the closing of its acquisition of Yes& Vacations and a definitive agreement to acquire Spinnaker Resorts. The combined upfront purchase price is a whopping $343 million, with an additional $10 million in performance-based payments.
The dual acquisitions add 23 resorts and over 100,000 new vacation owners to Travel + Leisure Co.’s already expansive portfolio of more than 280 properties. Yes& Vacations contributes seven sought-after properties in Maui, Hawaii, along with a flagship island-inspired resort on the Las Vegas Strip. Spinnaker Resorts, on the other hand, brings in six properties in Hilton Head, South Carolina, and resort destinations in Ormond Beach, Branson, and Williamsburg.
“These strategic acquisitions expand our presence in premier leisure destinations, adding quality inventory in markets where new development is challenging,” said Michael D. Brown, President and CEO of Travel + Leisure Co. The acquisitions are expected to generate approximately $50 million in annual Adjusted EBITDA after synergies on a full-year basis. The Spinnaker Resorts deal is expected to close in Q3 2026. The company will discuss further details at its earnings call on July 22, 2026.
