AutoCamp: Luxury Outdoor Hospitality Company Sees 20% Revenue Increase, Plans Major Expansion

Luxury outdoor hospitality company AutoCamp is capitalizing on America’s outdoor travel surge, setting new performance records. The company, known for its iconic 31-foot Airstream suites, custom cabins, and canvas tents, is now inviting its guests to become investors.

With nine locations near popular destinations such as Yosemite, Joshua Tree, Cape Cod, and Zion, AutoCamp reports a 20% increase in room revenue compared to last year. Average daily room rates have also seen a 15% increase. Remarkably, the company achieved a 90% occupancy rate across all locations heading into the Fourth of July weekend.

To propel its next growth phase, AutoCamp has initiated an SEC-regulated crowdfunding campaign via the DealMaker platform. The campaign aims to fund 200 new suites across over 100 potential U.S. outdoor destinations. The campaign successfully raised $1.2 million from 353 investors in less than 30 days. Many of these investors are former guests who have become brand advocates. The company, currently valued at approximately $200 million, has also seen benefits from its expanding partnership with Hilton Honors, with direct bookings on Hilton’s platform increasing by 30%.

The success of AutoCamp mirrors a broader trend in outdoor travel. Airbnb reported a 35% increase in searches for stays “near a national park” in 2026, and Hilton’s data shows that 37% of travelers list spending time in nature as their primary travel motivation. According to Chief Commercial Officer Bryan Terzi, the brand’s appeal is straightforward – premium outdoor experiences with no gear required.
