Small Luxury Hotels Welcomes 29 New Properties in Q1 2026 Expansion

Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) announced on April 25, 2026, the addition of 29 new member hotels to its independently minded portfolio during the first quarter of 2026. This continues the strong growth momentum from 2025 when the collection added 100 properties.

The new additions span diverse destinations and property types, from historic estates to modern wellness retreats. Notable openings include The Grace Hotel in County Mayo, Ireland, set across 430 acres of the Westport Estate and scheduled to open this spring, and Casa Caprile in Anacapri, Italy, a restored 19th-century residence featuring 12 rooms with bold colors and bespoke furniture.

Other significant additions include Eight Venezia, debuting in July 2026 in Campo Santa Maria Formosa, Venice, following extensive refurbishment, and Dharana at Shillim in Pune, India, a wellness-focused eco-retreat spanning 2,500 acres. The portfolio also expanded with boutique cruise offerings, including Historia Boutique Hotel Nile Cruise, featuring 44 luxury cabins.

The expansion reflects growing demand for immersive, individually designed properties that fully engage travelers with their destinations. SLH’s portfolio now surpasses 650 properties across more than 90 countries, with over 500 available through Hilton’s booking channels via their strategic partnership.
