AIAA Announces 2026 Aviation Forum Highlighting AI and Electric Flight Innovations
The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) has unveiled its comprehensive program for the AIAA AVIATION Forum 2026. This highly anticipated event is scheduled to take place from June 8-12 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California.
Themed “From Velocity to Altitude – Accelerating Toward Tomorrow”, the forum aims to spotlight next-generation aviation technologies. These include AI in the cockpit, electric aircraft, and hydrogen propulsion systems. Clay Mowry, AIAA CEO, stressed that this event is “mission essential for aviation professionals from industry, government, and academia.”
The technical program boasts an impressive lineup with over 1,000 presentations across more than 20 research topics. These topics encompass:
