Omeon Mykonos: A New Dawn of Serene Luxury, Opening April 30

A new era of serene luxury is set to dawn in Mykonos, Greece. Omeon Mykonos is making its grand debut on April 30, 2026. This five-star, adults-only retreat (16+) marks a significant shift from the island’s traditional party-centric hospitality. Instead, it offers a design-led sanctuary dedicated to wellness, emotional restoration, and contemporary Cycladic living.

Perfectly positioned in Agios Stefanos, a mere 650 meters from the beach and 4.2 kilometers from Mykonos Town, the property offers the best of both worlds. It provides easy access to the island’s iconic beach clubs and nightlife while maintaining a tranquil atmosphere. Managed by SWOT Hospitality, the hotel boasts 38 rooms and suites. This includes 18 Retreat Rooms and 20 Suites, many of which feature private pools, plunge pools, or rooftop hot tubs.

The design of the property beautifully encapsulates traditional Cycladic geometry with clean white volumes, softened edges, and open-air transitions. The interiors favor tactile natural materials, tonal palettes, and spa-inspired bathrooms. Central to Omeon’s identity is its destination-led spa, which serves as the architectural and experiential anchor of the property, rather than a mere add-on amenity.

“Omeon Mykonos answers the demand for a softer, more refined chapter for the island,” reads the property announcement. “Contemporary yet rooted in Cycladic simplicity, social yet serene, the hotel embodies the evolving identity of Mykonos as a destination for design, wellness and meaningful connection.” Reservations are now open for stays beginning April 30, 2026.
