NVIDIA GTC 2026: A Showcase of AI Infrastructure Innovations

The highly anticipated NVIDIA GTC 2026 conference kicked off today in San Jose, California. The event has drawn over 30,000 attendees from 190 countries, all eager to explore the latest advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and accelerated computing. The event, scheduled from March 16-19, features a keynote address by NVIDIA’s CEO Jensen Huang and more than 1,000 technical sessions across ten venues.

One of the highlights of the conference is the showcase of the maturity of AI infrastructure. NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin chip, now in production, is a testament to this progress. Potential launches at the event include the NemoClaw AI agent platform.

Notable speakers at the conference include executives from Tesla, Disney Research Imagineering, and leading AI companies such as Perplexity, LangChain, and Skild AI.

Disney’s session has garnered significant attention, demonstrating how the company uses AI-powered physical robotics to bring animated characters to life in real-world environments. This is made possible using NVIDIA’s Isaac simulation tools.

The event also features dedicated programming for startups. Over 240 NVIDIA Inception companies are showcasing technologies that span physical AI, robotics, and generative AI applications.
