Clöud Café: The First Coffee and Matcha Brand to Join Wellness by Ulta Beauty
Clöud Café, a Korean-inspired, collagen-infused beverage brand, is making beauty retail history. It’s the first coffee and matcha brand to join Wellness by Ulta Beauty, marking a significant milestone in the burgeoning ingestible beauty movement.
The brand was founded by Olive Kim, the former CEO and co-founder of The Crème Shop. It launched online at Ulta.com on March 16, 2026, with an in-store rollout to 400 Ulta Beauty locations beginning on March 29. This represents Clöud Café’s first foray into a major beauty retailer, having previously been available only through direct-to-consumer channels, Amazon, and select Asian marketplaces.
Clöud Café’s instant beverage sachets blend café-style flavors with functional wellness ingredients. These include marine collagen, hyaluronic acid, vitamins, and probiotics. The available flavors are:
- Black Coffee
- Strawberry Matcha Latte
- Royal Milk Tea
- Vanilla Latte
- Ube Latte (Ulta-exclusive)
- Pistachio Matcha (Ulta-exclusive)
Each product is designed to bridge the gap between daily coffee rituals and skincare routines, promoting radiant skin, stronger joints, and luscious hair from within.
“In the Western market, there’s always been this ‘forgotten’ half to skincare and beauty—a lot of people still don’t realize that it’s not just about what you apply topically, but also what you put into your body,” said Kim. The brand leverages South Korea’s expertise as a top manufacturer of hydrolyzed coffee, with formulations perfected through extensive testing to ensure both efficacy and taste. Kim reports having sold more than one million boxes to date.
