LVMH Bolsters Beauty Division Leadership with New Deputy CEO Appointment
Luxury conglomerate LVMH has bolstered its beauty division with a significant executive appointment. As of March 9, 2026, Philippe Farnier steps into the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Parfums Christian Dior and the LVMH Beauty Division.
In this newly minted position, Farnier will report directly to VĂ©ronique Courtois, Chairman and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and the LVMH Beauty Division. His primary responsibilities will include supporting the division’s transformation and enhancing collaboration across LVMH’s 16 beauty brands.

Farnier’s purview will extend to overseeing strategic initiatives and managing commercial and omnichannel activities across the division. According to LVMH, his mission is to foster greater synergies, convergence, and competitiveness in an ever-evolving beauty market. This appointment marks a significant promotion for Farnier, who joined LVMH in 2022 as President and CEO of LVMH Beauty Travel Retail and most recently served as Executive Vice President at Parfums Christian Dior.
