Beaches Resorts Unveils $150M Treasure Beach Village Expansion at Turks & Caicos
Beaches Resorts has proudly announced the grand opening of Treasure Beach Village, a $150 million oceanfront expansion at Beaches Turks & Caicos, on March 1, 2026. This new addition introduces 101 multi-bedroom suites along the stunning Grace Bay Beach, marking the brand’s most ambitious expansion to date.
Strategically located on the resort’s west end, Treasure Beach Village presents 11 new room categories, specifically designed to cater to the needs of multigenerational families. The standout accommodations include the CrystalSky 4-Bedroom Reserve Villas—three-story oceanfront residences spanning over 2,600 square feet. These villas boast private pools and rooftop decks equipped with telescopes for an unforgettable stargazing experience. The Chairman’s Penthouse Suite is another highlight, covering more than 2,800 square feet across two levels.
The village also introduces six new dining concepts. These include Butch’s Island Chop House, making its debut at a Beaches resort, and Pinta Food Hall with four distinct culinary stations. Additional amenities that guests can look forward to include a 15,000-square-foot infinity-edge lagoon pool, three thrilling water slides, the Starfish Cinema, and private cabanas for a luxurious experience.
Rates at Treasure Beach Village start at $1,060 per person per night, with special rates for children starting at $47 per night. A grand opening offer is currently available, providing up to $500 in instant credits for stays booked by May 31, 2026.
