The latest MacBook Air boasts Apple’s cutting-edge M5 chip, delivering a performance that’s up to four times faster on AI tasks compared to its predecessor, the M4. The laptop now comes with a standard 512GB of storage—double that of the previous generation—and supports configurations up to 4TB. Apple has also integrated its N1 wireless chip, offering Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 connectivity for a seamless user experience.
Additional features of the MacBook Air include:
- A stunning Liquid Retina display
- 12MP Center Stage camera
- Up to 18 hours of battery life
- Two Thunderbolt 4 ports supporting up to two external displays
The MacBook Air is available in four striking colors: sky blue, midnight, starlight, and silver. Pricing begins at $1,099 for the 13-inch model and $1,299 for the 15-inch version. This represents a $100 increase from the M4 generation but offers double the storage capacity.
