Royal Caribbean Unveils Innovative Points Choice Loyalty Program

Royal Caribbean Group has launched an innovative new loyalty program, Points Choice. This groundbreaking initiative allows cruisers to earn points across its three brands and utilize them where they see fit. The program is set to launch on January 30, 2026, and will seamlessly integrate Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society, Celebrity Cruises’ Captain’s Club, and Silversea’s Venetian Society.

This unique program offers guests an unprecedented level of flexibility. They can direct their earned loyalty points to whichever program they prefer, regardless of which brand they sail with. After each cruise, passengers have a 14-day window to submit a Points Choice request form via the Royal Caribbean app or website. If no request is made, points will automatically remain with the brand sailed.

“Points Choice is designed with our guests at the center,” said Jason Liberty, chairman and CEO of Royal Caribbean Group. “Our guests are exploring more of our brands than ever before, and we believe our loyalty experience should grow with them.”

The Points Choice program is a continuation of Royal Caribbean Group’s Status Match initiative introduced in 2024. This initiative allowed for tier-level matching across all three brands. Points will continue to be earned based on cabin category and number of nights sailed, with exchange rates published annually on branded websites.
