Hawaiian Airlines has unveiled its ambitious Kahu’ewai Hawai’i Investment Plan, committing over $600 million in the next five years to revolutionize the guest experience and modernize infrastructure across its network. The comprehensive initiative, announced on January 5, 2026, is set to impact nearly every stage of travel.
The investment plan includes major airport renovations at key Hawaiian hubs. These include:
- Honolulu
- Līhu’e
- Kahului
- Kona
- Hilo
These renovations will feature improved lobbies, gates, and amenities. In addition, the airline will launch updated digital tools, including an enhanced app and website. These will offer self-service features to streamline the booking and travel experience.
