Singapore Airlines has once again been honored with the ‘World’s Best Cabin Crew’ award for 2025 by the esteemed Skytrax World Airline Awards. This marks the sixth year in a row that the carrier has bagged this prestigious accolade, further solidifying its standing as a global frontrunner in aviation service excellence.

This award is a testament to the unparalleled all-round performance of the cabin staff, spanning both hard and soft service aspects. The hard services encompass techniques, efficiency, and attention, while the soft service characteristics include enthusiasm, attitude, friendliness, and hospitality.

The cabin crew of Singapore Airlines undergo an intensive four-month training program. This duration is nearly double the industry standard, with a prime focus on safety protocols, customer service, and hospitality excellence.

This noteworthy achievement is providing a significant boost to Singapore’s tourism sector. In 2024, the sector welcomed a staggering 16.53 million international visitors, marking a 21.5% increase from the previous year.

Adding to its list of accolades, the airline also won the ‘Best Airline in Asia’ and ‘World’s Best First Class’ awards. These recognitions further fortify its reputation as a premium carrier, attracting luxury-seeking travelers to Singapore.
