BeautyHealth Announces Q3 2024 Results and Upcoming Manufacturing Changes

The Beauty Health Company, known for its flagship brand Hydrafacial, released its financial results for the third quarter of 2024 on Tuesday, November 12. The company reported a revenue of $78.8 million for Q3 2024, marking a decrease of 19.1% compared to the same period in the previous year. This decrease was primarily due to a drop in net sales of delivery systems.

“Our revenue surpassed the midpoint of our guidance, with a boost in consumables sales driven by continuous demand for Hydrafacial treatments and the successful launch of the Hydralock HA Booster,” stated CEO Marla Beck. The company achieved adjusted EBITDA profitability in the third quarter, a testament to the positive effects of our operational excellence initiatives.

In an effort to streamline operations, BeautyHealth has decided to centralize its global manufacturing footprint in Long Beach by the end of the year. The company has also made significant changes to its commercial leadership team, with the appointment of a new Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. Additionally, medical aesthetics veteran Stephen J. Fanning will be joining the Board of Directors, effective December 12, 2024.
