BeautyHealth Surpasses Q3 Forecasts Despite HydraFacial Sales Decline

LONG BEACH, Calif. – The Beauty Health Company, renowned for its leading HydraFacial brand, announced third-quarter 2025 results that outperformed projections, despite ongoing challenges in device sales. The company reported a revenue of $70.7 million and an Adjusted EBITDA of $8.9 million, both surpassing the upper limit of their guidance range.

Under the leadership of new CEO Pedro Malha, BeautyHealth showcased “disciplined execution” amidst a declining demand for its signature hydradermabrasion devices. Despite this, the company’s recurring consumables business continued to exhibit resilience and profitability, bolstered by their extensive installed base of over 35,000 HydraFacial devices worldwide.

“While device sales remained under pressure, we believe we have the right foundation to drive sustainable, profitable growth,” Malha stated during the earnings call.

The company’s portfolio includes HydraFacial in hydradermabrasion, SkinStylus in microneedling, and Keravive for scalp health treatments. These results mirror wider industry trends as professional skincare devices face market saturation. However, service-based revenue streams provide stability for medtech beauty companies.
